1. Be cool, kind, and respectful to one another.
2. Keep your OTP profile appropriate.
3. Do not spam.
4. If you need assistance @mention or direct message the staff. See Mods below in the channel for exceptions.
5. No self-promotion or advertisements.
6. No personal information.
7. No hate speech or harmful language.
8. Admin/mod or anyone vouched to complete services or sell gold or be a middleman must be approved by the management team. There is no exception to this rule.
9. When buying an account from anyone make sure you use a middleman. The only middlemen in this server and group page are people the Admins and mods have chosen. To use an outside middleman or if anyone asks you to is an immediate ban. Buyer will send payment to the middleman who will then get info from seller and give it to buyer. Once buyer has changed to their email and change/add a pin their choosing the middleman will confirm to release funds to seller after buyer gives the okay. 
10. When selling accounts the seller will give the info to the middleman and then buyer will send payment to middleman. Middleman will then give info to buyer who will then change the email to there's and/or change to jagex account which is highly recommended. Keep in mind that even with a jagex account or unregistered accounts can be recovered. It's always best to buy from people who have tons of vouches.
11. Regarding scamming and scammers we apologize if this occurs and if it does swift action will be taken. If a staff member scams the victim that was scammed will receive the deposit and will be paid by the the admin. If the victim lost more then the value of the deposit the admin nor any of the staff in the group or discord is held liable, the victim will only receive the deposit.
If a group member, meaning non staff scams another member the scammer will be banned and will be blasted across all groups. The victim that was scammed will not receive any reimbursement from Admin or staff and will more than likely be removed from the group for not following the first rule.
12. When it comes to wanting services buyer will provide account details only to the service provider. After each service it is required buyers change their password and pin and also check to make sure no one is linked to your account via from steam or Amazon. Once you have checked this you will scroll to the bottom of the website and click end all sessions. Ending all sessions protects you.
13. Market Place is only for saying "I'm selling this dragon slayer 2 ready account "if you would like purchase the account then move to direct message.
14. Rules are subject to common sense.
Lastly some of these rules may seemed strict or take time from a buyer or seller again these are in place to protect you as buyers and sellers. We hope you understand. The rules can change and be updated at any time.
